Fees & inclusions
Our fees for both NDIS clients and private clients are charged in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for Occupational Therapy ($193.99 as of 2026).
This hourly rate applies to:
- Therapy sessions
- Initial and ongoing assessments
- Report writing and recommendations
- Consultation and collaboration with parents, educators and other members of your child’s support team
- Non face-to-face supports completed on your behalf
As a mobile service, travel is charged in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Travel charges may include therapist travel time and the associated travel costs to and from your child’s appointment.

Financial assistance
Please contact us if you feel your child requires therapy and you are not in a position to pay for it. We are happy to discuss different funding options, support you in gaining funding or identifying your suitability for financial support.
